If you’ve changed your mind and are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can always opt for an exchange or refund within 14 days; provided the product is unused and returned in its original condition. Do remember to bring along your original payment receipt as well, so we can track your purchase.
Assembled products cannot be exchanged unless it is a manufacturing defect. FZ Style reserves the right to determine this.
Please note that we do not accept returns on any product that has been modified/altered/washed.
